What about “Connect on demand” checkbox in El Capitan? I need it to be active and not greyed out.

Is it not possible anymore to see the UI while being connected? As i use mobile internet I like to see how fast/slow my internet connection is at different times and places which I was able to see before with the interface.
Furthermore, the connection gets lost almost every day at one point or another and its easier to see when that is about to happen and switch pointtoserver before it does. There was a lot of positives about the UI and it made the user experience better and easier so I will be sad if I can’t use that anymore.

I’ve followed the steps, but when I connect to the VPN it says it’s connecting and then doesn’t. There’s no error message. Any ideas?

I have been trying to manually configure ikev2 on my MAC being this is the fastest connection on my network, tried to follow all the instruction but to no avail. However I can connect (IKEV2) using the purevpn apps on my PC. What seems to be the problem?

Do you have any problems with CHILD_SA rekey? Default rekey timeout is 1440 minutes (24 hours) after this timeout connection is dropped due error in rekey process. Does your IKEv2 VPN connection can live more than 1400 minutes without reconnect?

    • PureVPN Team says:

      Hi Zhoner,

Thanks for your query. Our server connection time out is set to 30 minutes for Ikev2. Hope you have got your answer. If you still have any confusion or further question, feel free to ask.
      Have a Great Day!
