How to Setup PureVPN iOS App

• Go to the app store.

• Search for PureVPN & tap GET.

• PureVPN iOS app is now successfully installed on your phone.

• Tap “Agree and Continue”

• You’re ready to use PureVPN app

•  Launch PureVPN app.

• Tap (Have an account login).

• Enter your credentials and tap “Login”
  Note: You can also login via VPN credentials starts with purevpn0s & 0d.

• PureVPN will ask if you’d like to be notified of important announcements and alerts. Select your preference to continue.

• Now Tap the connect icon at the center to connect with the recommended country/server.

• When connecting for the first time, you will be asked to allow PureVPN to add VPN configurations. Tap allow continuing.

• Use your Touch ID or enter your passcode to add the VPN configurations.

• You are now connected

• Tap the globe icon from the top right.

• Swipe left to any country you want to mark as favorite.

• Your chosen country is now added to the list of favorites!

• Tap the hamburger menu (≡) from the top left.

• Tap settings.

• By default reconnect on disconnect is activated to avoid disconnection. You can change the settings and turn it on or off from here only.

•  Launch PureVPN app.

• Tap the globe icon from top right.

• Tap your desired country to connect or type your desired country via search option.

• You are now connected with your desired country.

• Launch PureVPN app.

• Tap the globe icon from top right.

• Tap the arrow icon provided besides locations and list of cities will be displayed.

• Tap your desired city to connect or type your desired city via search option.

• You are now connected with your desired city.

What is Recommended Country / Server selection?
It will automatically connect you to a country/server recommended by our smart algorithm (based on geographical distance).

• Tap the connect icon at the center.

• You are now connected with the recommended country/server.

• Tap the globe icon from the top right.

• To sort the locations by ping pull the screen to refresh.

• Now the locations are sorted by ping.

• To sort locations by Alphabetically or Popularity, tap the sorting icon from top right.

• You will now see the options to sort via Alphabetically or Popularity. Tap sort alphabetically.

• Locations are now sorted in alphabetical order.

• Tap Sort by Popularity.

• Locations are now sorted based on popularity.

• Tap the green connected icon to disconnect PureVPN app.

• You are now disconnected.

• Tap the hamburger menu (≡) from the top left.

• Tap “User Profile”

• Tap “Logout”

• Tap “Logout to confirm”

• Tap the hamburger menu (≡) from the top left.

• Tap “User Profile” to see subscription details

• Tap the hamburger menu (≡) from the top left.

• Tap settings

• Tap support

• Under support Tab, tap “Support Ticket”

• It will redirect to your default email client, Enter your subject and content to submit the support ticket and tap send.

• Connect using the Recommended country / server option or the desired location of your choice

• Upon successful connection, you’ll see thumbs up and down icons to rate your session.

• When you give thumbs up, you will see the following screen.

• When you give thumbs down, you’ll be asked to choose a category and leave comments. As soon as you fill it, a support ticket will be open.

• On iOS, if you haven’t shared an email with us during signup, please make sure to add your email so our team can reach out to help you. This email will not be attached to your account or used for marketing purposes.

• Tap App Store and access it.

• Type PureVPN and tap search

• Tap cloud icon to proceed with downloading

• PureVPN iOS app is now successfully installed on your Phone

• Tap “Agree and Continue”

• Tap “Allow Configuration”

• Tap “Enable Notification”

• You’re ready to use PureVPN App

• Launch PureVPN app and tap preferences

• Tap login

• Enter PureVPN credentials (Your registered email address or VPN username) and  tap “Done”

• Tap “Quick Connect”

• You are now connected

• Tap Quick Connect button

• You are now connected

• Tap “Location”

• Select desired location.

• You are now connected.

Note: You can also connect via Cities as mentioned below.

• Tap preferences.

• Tap settings

• Tap protocols

• Select desired protocol

• Tap preferences

• Tap settings

• Tap “Change Language”

• Select desired language

• Tap preferences

• Tap settings

• Tap On-Demand VPN

• Toggle “Setup on demand”

• Select desired option to enable

• Tap Disconnect.

• You are successfully disconnected.

• Tap preferences

• Tap settings

• Tap Logout

• Tap Logout again to confirm
