How to Disable Windows Firewall?

The procedure described below is vital to disable the internal firewall in the Windows. Kindly follow the steps:

  • Click on the Start menu, and type in Windows Firewall in the search box. Select Windows Firewall’s icon when it appears.
  • On the left hand side of the screen, locate and click Turn Windows Firewall On or Off.
  • Click Turn Off Windows Firewall to disable the system app and click Ok to continue.

    It was working fine before but when I changed to a USB wireless adaptor it stopped working.

    Its ok I downloaded the old version again and it works

      Thanks for your reply. After upgrading to Windows 10 the app would show up in Task Manager but the window wouldn’t open. I ended up uninstalling and reinstalling and that worked.

    OpenVPN is too slow and I already tried adding these lined to the config file:

    sndbuf 0
    rcvbuf 0
    push “sndbuf 393216”
    push “rcvbuf 393216”

    But it’s still too slow.
