You can follow the given steps to solve this issue:

  • Make sure you have an active internet connection.
  • Try switching to any other Internet network for the temporary basis and then try reconnect the PureVPN app.
  • If your internet connection is fine; then retry installing the app.
  • If the issue persist; then install the Microsoft Edge Web View from this 👉 link.
  • Once the Microsoft Edge Web View is installed, please resume the installation.
