Your account can be disabled for following reasons:

  • Excessive Sessions (More than 200 per day as per the policy)
  • Payment Verification (Incomplete/Mismatch Information)
  • Simultaneously connected with more than 5 devices

What are excessive sessions?
Excessive sessions are a nuisance since they create a bottleneck and choke our network, the price of which is paid by other users, and that is completely unacceptable.

What causes excessive sessions?
A user deliberately creates excessive sessions by rapidly connecting and disconnecting VPN to get new IPs. However, sometimes the antivirus on a system causes disconnections, and that too results in excessive sessions.

Solutions:

  • Check your inbox for instructions as an automatic email is sent to user when his/her account is disabled.
  • Submit support ticket
  • Contact us on 24/7 live chat.
