How to set up Proxy on Windows

  • Go to general settings on Windows and click Network & internet.
  • Click Proxy.
  • Under Manual proxy setup, toggle on Use a proxy server.
  • Enter the proxy hostname. Click 👉 here to download the proxy hostname list.
  • Enter the port number: 10799
  • Tap Save.
  • Once done a pop-up window will appear asking you to enter the username and password.
  • Type in your PureVPN credentials. You may find it from 👉 here.
  • Re-enter your VPN credentials once you open a web browser on your computer.

  • To verify, if the proxy is working or not, you can check your IP from any IP checking site i.e. IPaddress.com.
