What is a software defined Radio?

Software-defined radio (SDR) is a type of radio communication system where the components that have been traditionally implemented in analog hardware are instead implemented by software. This allows for more flexibility and customizability than traditional hardware-based radio systems.

What is FlexRadio?

FlexRadio has been a pioneer in the realm of software-defined transceivers (SDR), providing amateurs with a radio that can be upgraded and customized with relative ease. Through simple software downloads, users can change the personality, functionality, and performance of their radio to better suit their needs.

Why should I use a VPN with FlexRadio?

VPN service is an important consideration for anyone who travels frequently and misses their favourite shows online. A VPN allows you to access your FlexRadio from anywhere so that you never miss your favourite shows. Apart from this a VPN encrypts your internet connection, making it difficult for others to track your online activity or steal your personal information.

What is SmartLink?

SmartLink is a robust and secure remote access system for any FLEX-6000 series radio, starting with SmartSDR version 2.0. It eliminates the complexity of traditional approaches, making it easier than ever to operate your radio from anywhere in the world.
