I just switched over from another provider, am getting all the problems like everyone else here, wonder what is the technical team doing? 7 months since the first post here and they still couldn’t get their customer database sorted out.

When ever I click on “Change VPN Password” the website stays on the same page. How do I get on to the next page?
Why does PureVPN not allow clients (I’ve active paid PureVPN account) to reset password on my own? The reset process listed on website never works. I have to ask each time the Tech Support to reset it for me. They do it. However, they is a security risk. Why I have to share my account password with PureVPN support (e.g. they regenerate and give me password). All other website allow users to reset password own their own. This has been incredibly frustrating experience with PureVPN in past 6 month. I’ve been fairly satisfied with the VPN service provided by PureVPN, otherwise. Thanks.
I apologies for your bad experience in resetting Password. Usually, user can easily change password through client area. However, we are considering to give Reset Password option within apps.
