Don’t worry if you forgot your member’s area password because you can easily reset it by following these simple steps:

  • Go to the Member’s Area on the website and click on Forgot Your Password.

  • Enter your email address that you have registered with PureVPN.

  • Open your email account, find the email for resetting your password and click on Reset Your Password.

‘Reset Your Password’ email

  • Type your new password and select RESET.

Type your new password and select ‘RESET’

New your password has successfully been updated and you can access your member’s area using the new password.
