I am sorry for the inconvenience. This error means there is something wrong with Username or Password, kindly type username and password manually, do not copy/paste. If you still get this error then you need to reset your password.

I had contact with the company I purchached PureVpn from (not PureVPN), they forgot to mail me the PureVPN inlog account&password, so it appeared that I used it with a temporary license for a few days.
Problem solved with a legitimed inlog-account&password!
Working fine now!

Hello,
I purchased and installed PureVPN 6 days ago, it worked fine, but since today I am getting error code 691, and not any connection to pureVPN servers, I tried a few,
Also restarted my (Win7) computer, checked username and password (are generated ok, but also re-typed them, no-go)…
What could be the cause & solution?
