This error could occur due to some issues in PureVPN app installation.

Application Reinstallation

It can easily be resolved by uninstalling and reinstalling PureVPN app on your system. You can follow the given steps to solve this issue:

  • Restart your system
  • Uninstall the PureVPN application
  • Download the latest version of PureVPN from here
  • Run the purevpn.exe file to install the application
  • Open PureVPN and click Connect to make a new connection to your desired location.
