You can easily change country or region in App Store or iTunes location.

Open App Store or iTunes on Your iOS Device.

Open Account in App Store or iTunes

Tap Your Name to View Account.

Tap Country/ Region.

Tap Change Country or Region.

Select New Country or Region.

Tap Agree to Terms and Condition.

Tap Agree Again to Proceed.

Fill out all Account information and provide a new payment method and billing address.

Tap Next.

After filling out the required information, tap Next to return to the App Store. Now, type PureVPN in the search box and download it with ease.
