In case you are experiencing issues while connecting with PureDome, resetting your network settings is a viable option to resolve them. In order to reset network settings on a Windows device, please follow the steps below:
- Please open the command line prompt (click the Windows Start Button. In the search box type cmd. In the search results, Right-Click cmd and select Run as administrator) and type in these commands:
- ipconfig /release
- ipconfig /flushdns
- ipconfig /renew
- netsh winsock reset
- netsh interface ipv4 reset
- netsh interface ipv6 reset
- netsh winsock reset catalog
- netsh int ipv4 reset reset.log
- netsh int ipv6 reset reset.log
- After that, please restart your device and try connecting to the PureDome application.
