If you’re experiencing various issues with PureDome’s console, try these steps to resolve your issue.

Forgot my PureDome console password. How do I reset it?

To reset your PureDome console password, kindly navigate to the login screen of the console and click on the "Forgot your password" link under the password field. Enter your email address and an email containing instructions on how to reset your password will be sent to you. Simply follow the instructions provided in the email to reset your password.

You can reset your password by going to the login screen of the PureDome application and click on the "Forgot your password" link under the password field. You will receive an email with instructions on how to reset your password. Follow the instructions in the email to reset your password.

I didn't receive an invitation email. What should I do?

Please make sure that you provided the correct email address. If the account owner has already sent you the invite, check your spam folder first. If you still can't find the invite, follow these steps::

  • Check junk, spam, promotions and other sections of your email inbox.
  • Ask the account owner to re-send the invitation email.
  • Contact our 24/7 customer support team.

How to change a workspace name?

Workspace name once created by the admin can not be changed.

I have received an invitation to join a workspace on PureDome. What should I do?

If you received an email invitation to join a workspace on PureDome, it means that the company or colleagues you are associated with are offering you a VPN service. In order to use the service, follow the link in the invitation and register for an account. Afterward, download the PureDome application on your desired device.

How to delete a team member from the PureDome console? 

In case any of your coworkers opt to discontinue using PureDome services, you can easily remove their accounts and release their member licenses. To remove a team member, simply click the Team Members tab, click the three-dot icon against the team member you wish to delete and click on Delete Member.

Can the account admin reset a team member's password?

No, the account admin can not reset a team member’s password.
