  1. Connect via recommended server/location
  2. Connect via preferred location
  3. Connect via desired city
  4. Sort Countries by Popularity, or Alphabetically & ping
  5. Connect filter P2P supported countries
  6. Mark location as favorite
  7. Rate session
  8. Disconnect
Connect via recommended country server/ location

What is Recommended Country/ Server selection?

It will automatically connect you to a country/ server recommended by our smart algorithm (based on geographical distance). Here’s how you can proceed

  • Click the Connect icon at the center.
  • If your connection was successful, you should see the connected status. To disconnect, press the Green button located at the centre of the PureVPN app.

Looking to connect with your desired location? Here’s how to proceed.

  • Press Hamburger icon (≡) from the top left
  • Press Locations 🌐
  • Press your desired country to connect or type your desired country via search option.
  • Hooray! You are now connected to your chosen country.
Connect via city in PureVPN Firestick

With this feature you can explore different regions of a location offered within PureVPN App. Here’s how you can proceed to connect.

  • Press Hamburger icon (≡) from the top left
  • Press Locations 🌐
  • Press Arrow icon provided besides locations and a list of cities will appear.
  • Press your desired city to connect or type your desired city via search option
  • You are now connected to your desired city.
Sort Countries by Popularity, or Alphabetically & ping Firestick

Tired of scrolling up and down to search for a location? Here’s a simplified way to sort them.

  • Press Hamburger icon (≡) from the top left
  • Press Locations 🌐

Sorting via Ping is not available by default to enable sort location by ping first you have to press the Ping icon located on the top right corner.

  • Now to sort locations alphabetically, ping or by popularity, press the Sorting icon from the top. 
  • Press Sort by Popularity.
  • Locations are now sorted based on Popularity.
  • To sort countries by popularity, press Sort by Alphabetically.
  • Countries are now sorted in Alphabetical order.

To sort the locations via Ping, press Sort by Ping.

  • Locations are now sorted based on Ping.
Connect filter P2P supported countries in PureVPN Firestick
  • Press Hamburger icon (≡) from the top left.
  • Press Locations 🌐
  • To filter locations by P2P, press the funnel icon from the top right.
  • Mark check ☑️ P2P supported and press Okay.
  • Locations are now filtered by P2P supported countries. 
Make favorites in PureVPN Firestick

Getting irritated by searching for the same location over and over again. Here’s how you can mark them as your favorite with a mere click.

  • Press Hamburger icon (≡) from the top left.
  • Tap Locations 🌐
  • To mark a location as favorite, tap the star icon ⭐ provided besides locations.
  • Location has been marked as favorite successfully
Rate your session PureVPN Firestick

Now you can express your experience by rating us directly on PureVPN App. Here’s how you can proceed.

  • Connect using the Recommended server option or a Desired location of your choice
  • Upon successful connection, you’ll see Thumbs up and Thumbs down icons to rate your session
  • When you give a Thumbs down, you’ll be asked to choose a category and leave comments. As soon as you fill it, a support ticket will  open.

Disconnect PureVPN Firestick

Unable to figure out how to disconnect the VPN connection? Just follow these simple steps to disconnect from PureVPN App.

  • Hover to the connected icon and press it to disconnect the VPN connection.
  • You are now disconnected.
