How to Cancel Auto-Recurring Payments

PayPal, BlueSnap and Get2Shop payment methods offered by PureVPN are set for auto-recurring for the convenience of our valuable users. And, most of our users like to keep it that way so they can continue using PureVPN’s uninterrupted services. However, if any user, at anytime, would like to opt-out from auto-recurring, they can easily do it by following these simple and easy steps:

For PayPal Users

1 Login to your PayPal account 

2 Click the ‘Profile’ link at the top of the page

3 To find your payment, go to ‘My Money’ and click ‘Update’ option just besides ‘My Preapproved payments’

4 Select the payment and click ‘Cancel’. Congratulations! You are done.

For BlueSnap Users

1 Login to your BlueSnap account

2 Enter your credentials

3 Now, click “Change” link under the ‘Status’ column

4 Provide a reason for cancellation and then hit the ‘Cancel Subscription’ button.

For Get2Shop Users

Get2Shop users can simply create a PureVPN support ticket for auto-recurring payment cancellation.

How to Renew Manually?

You are done with the cancellation, you will not be charged any further. But if you would like to renew your subscription manually, you can follow this simple guide.
