If a customer opens a dispute with the payment processor then service may be cancelled / suspended and we will be only replying / assisting the payment processor but not the customer, no matter what will be the decision. Moreover, we reserve the right to enable your service or not even if the dispute is closed in PureVPN favor.

I signed-up for service on 12/6/17 and requested to cancel (Issue # 1208855) before the free trial period ended (12/13/17); however, I never received a credit ($69.98). Can you please refund to my credit card?

    Thank you.

I want a refund I just paid $120 and your von doesn’t even work anymore. Worked great when I was using it for free but once I decide to pay for an upgrade it wants to stop working. Seams like a flawed buisness strategy to me. Either way I’d like my money back seeing as though you folks aren’t even providing the services you promised.
