Open PureVPN App.
Click the contact icon from the left pane of PureVPN App.
Click “Support Ticket” tab.
Enter your query/issue then click “Submit ticket”
You have successfully submitted a Support Ticket via PureVPN App.Our Customer support will notify you via email once you have responded on your support ticket for further communication to your query/issue.
