PureVPN allows its users to utilize a single account on up to 5 devices simultaneously from the same country. With PureVPN, all your devices are completely protected.

Note: PureVPN does not offer multi login on Mobile Account.

    Hi, I have a question.
    If I configure VPN in my PC and at the same time I use VPN on my smartphone when i’m not at my home. Can I do this? Do you consider multiple login?

    Thanks for reaching out. Auto renewal depends on Payment mode one selects, if you have made payment via Credit Card then your account will automatically be renewed, you can cancel your account if you are not willing to opt for auto renewal.

    Thanks for reaching out. Many of our users does not have Router so for them this feature is very useful and even if you have Router then still it has limited range and if you go out and need to use VPN on multiple devices then it can also be useful in this case.

    I’ve just purchase the pureVPN in Canada, but I plan to use it in another country. I tested it when purchasing, does that mean I won’t be able to use it in the country that I intended to use when traveling (since my ‘same country’ was set to Canada)?

    Thanks for reaching out. As you know PureVPN offers 5 simultaneous login. So, if you try to connect 6th device, it will not connect. However, If you need more than 5 multi logins then you can pay some extra fees and can get access to more than 5 multi logins.

    I have 3 PC windows 10 in my home. I install purevpn on earch one. Only 1 device can change his IP adress. The 2 others can’t. They always have IP of my internet provider . What can i do. Sorry for my english

    We offer 2 kinds of PureVPN accounts One for both PC and Mobile and other for Mobile only. So, if you have Mobile only account then you may not able to connect more than 1 device but if you PC and Mobile account then you can connect any 5 devices simultaneously.

      Why can’t you make them the same? I would really like to use Google Play billing but it’s useless to me if I can’t use the same account on PC. I know Google takes a 30% cut so I’d happily pay more on Google Play (or you could offer mobile-only *and* full accounts when buying through the app).
