If you are not satisfied with your connection stability and facing DNS issues, then you might need to adjust the MTU value in your Windows system. Here’s how you can do it:

  • Click Start button.
  • Search and open the View Network Connections option.

  • You will now see a new window displaying all of your network adapters, Both Ethernet/LAN and Wireless included. In our case, the active adaptor is Ethernet 3 so we will be using it. Your network adapter name may be different.

  • Now right click the Ethernet 3 adapter and then click Properties

  • When the new window appears, click Configure… button.

  • When the new window appears, go to the Advanced option then select Jumbo Packet option and then set your desired MTU value manually from the right side of the screen.
